Our initial phase in working with new clients is to arrange a free consultation. The motivation behind our underlying consultation is for our attorneys to review the case details of new clients so that we can understand client's personal and immigration history and other points of review that are lawfully relevant under U.S immigration. At the conclusion of the consultation, Our attorneys will offer personalized lawful advise regarding the immigration strategies and important procedures that might be helpful to the client.

Agreement

AGREEMENT 

Your Online legal consultation with F4 India Consultants, is subject to the following terms and conditions. 

Prior to the Online consultation, Our Firm needs to identify all parties involved in your case processing. Identification of all parties involved is necessary so that we may assess whether there is any conflict of interest preventing the legal advisor from providing you with a consultation. Please note that the quality of the consultation depends largely on the truthfulness of the information you provide on this form. The more accurate and trustworthy information you provide, the more confident and useful the advice will be.


We may also decline to provide you with consultation if the subject matter of your consultation involves an area that is not practiced by the F4 India, the action you wish to pursue is illegal, or the F4 India is otherwise ethically barred from taking the case. Please note that F4 India specifically reserves the right not to accept the case for any reason or no reason at all. We further reserve the right to interrupt the free consultation at any time if the advisor giving the consultation finds it appropriate to do so, without providing you the reason for such interruption.  We offer 10 minutes of free consultation on Phone. If a longer time is needed for a more fact-specific and detailed consultation, there is a consultation fee of $150.00 payable prior to the start of the consultation. We accept the payment of the fee by all major credit cards and bank transfer.

PLEASE NOTE

That your request for an online consultation creates only a limited F4 India Advisor-client relationship, which terminates after this consultation is completed. The consultation, whether free or for a fee, is not intended to and does not under any circumstances, create an on-going F4 India-client relationship. The said limited relationship is for the limited purpose of providing advice only during a consultation and is only in relation to the questions asked.
As such, unless the F4 India has agreed to represent you pursuant to a written agreement with the F4 India, manually signed by one of the F4 India officials, neither the advisor providing the answer or consultation nor the F4 India shall be your advisor or third party-of-record in any pending matter. 

PLEASE UNDERSTAND

That to formally engage the F4 India you would need to request a written Agreement from the F4 India, execute the Agreement by manually signing and initialing it in all appropriate places and returning it to the F4 India by regular mail, and not via email or any other form of electronic communication. Once the original is received, F4 India will be reviewed and manually signed by the Firm's designated officer, thus completing the execution of the Agreement. Once the Agreement is fully executed, you will be provided a copy of the  Agreement and the F4 India will keep the original Agreement in your file with the Firm. Only when the Agreement is fully executed and the requisite fee is paid by you to the F4 India, when applicable, will you become a client of the F4 India and a formal lasting F4 India-client relationship will be created. Such a relationship shall  then continue until terminated by either you or the F4 India in accordance with the terms of the Retainer Agreement. 

PLEASE FURTHER NOTE

That at times, the law may require you to take action (i.e. file an application, file an appeal, file a petition for review, file a motion to reconsider/reopen, etc.) You may lose your right to file within the stipulated time or to receive the said relief or any other benefits for which you may be entitled under the law.
This F4 India will not be responsible for any such deadline unless formally engaged in the manner explained above.

That pursuant to an online consultation neither our F4 India nor the F4 India's advisor who provides the consultation will not take any action in your matter beyond the consultation itself.  Therefore, if you decide to proceed with the consultation and determine that you desire representation in connection to this matter, please either formally engage the F4 India as described above, or engage another attorney, Third-party advisor or consultant of your choice to represent your connection therein.
